I started dmads, short for digital marketing and design studio, because businesses deserve creative work that's actually good. Not rushed, not templated, not handed off to someone who doesn't know your brand.

You might know me from MADS or WebsByMADS; well, dmads‍ ‍brings both together in one place, making it easier to get everything you need without bouncing between two sites.

I've been working in marketing and design for over ten years, with clients ranging from solo freelancers to global brands.

Whatever the size of the project, you'll always deal directly with me, no account managers, no miscommunication, no nasty surprises.

What to Expect on the Call

  • Your Enquiry

    Tell me about your business and what you need help with. It doesn’t need to be polished, a few lines is plenty to get the conversation started.

  • My Reply

    I’ll get back to you within 24 hours on weekdays, usually with a few questions or an invite to a quick call so I can understand your goals properly.

  • Your Proposal

    You’ll receive a clear proposal covering exactly what’s included, the timeline and the investment. No hidden fees and no pressure, just next steps if you want them.

  • I reply to every enquiry within 24 hours on weekdays. If you get in touch over the weekend, you’ll hear from me on Monday.

  • Me, Danielle. I’m your point of contact from your first message right through to delivery, so there are no account managers and nothing gets lost in translation.

  • A quick overview of your business, what you need help with and any deadline you’re working towards. If you have a budget in mind, that helps too. Don’t worry if you’re not sure exactly what you need yet, we can work it out together.

  • You can book a free discovery call instead. It’s a relaxed 15 to 30 minute chat about your business and goals, with no sales pitch and no obligation.

  • Not at all. I’m based in Hull and love working with local businesses, but I work with clients right across the UK and beyond. Everything can be handled by video call, email and shared documents.

  • Most projects can begin within one to two weeks of you accepting the proposal, depending on my availability. If you have a fixed deadline, let me know as early as possible.
